So what they had to was only to decide which answer to give. They worked in pairs and small groups. 1. They had to decide characters, places and times of the story. 2. They to develop the story. 3. They wrote the story both on the pc and using storyjumper. 4. They drew a picture related to the story. 5. They created language comprehension activities and exercises on the stories to be carried out by students of other national and international teams. 
To do all that they had do decide a lot of things and to negotiate on events in the story, types of exercises, who was going to write on the pc, who was going to draw, who was going to take care of all the material they had produced and so on.
At the end of this project my students were more motivated in learning English and were able to work in teams without shouting and respecting each other's point of views.
