Lemonade!! I really enjoy working online because the focus is mainly on the students and the lessons, with less time spent on behaviors. We have an AWESOME team who is always their support each other, whether for work or for friendship and fun. I am learning SO much this year!!! In So many ways!! Plus we get to see the kids in their home environment, which gives you an inside view we don't often have of our students. On top of that, I have a lot of respect for the students who are trying to hard to work while in a room with a ton of noise - other siblings online, parents working online, adult conversations, babies crying...it's a lot for them, and they are troopers!
