         <description><![CDATA[<p>This yoga session with Abby was particularly special. Abby introduced me to the practice of yoga which has been a great source of discipline and peace for me lately. I had been in a rut for some months without much structure to my days and inconsistent exercise. I became bored of going to the gym, where i would be overstimulated by my intense music and bright lights... everyone somehow still glued to their phones. Yoga has taught me to slow down on all aspects. Firstly, to slow down in my mind. It is a source of meditation and the guided class allows me to pause on my inner chatter and bring awareness to my breath. Secondly, slowing down my movements in my body and moving more mindfully has made me feel the strongest ive ever felt. It is incredible how breath techniques and a slower, more conscious exercise can truly revolutionize a basic workout. </p>]]></description>

         <title>Nora&#39;s Reflection: Yoga and Nature</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Practicing yoga outside as opposed to the yoga studio I go to makes the practice that much better. There are so many things to be grateful for in this moment. Crisp ocean breeze, the sound of the crashing of the waves, the scenery of Isla Vista bluffs, and the vast ocean, a completely healthy and able body, a friend to share this happiness with. Moments like this that are so rich create a strong bond between myself, nature, and Abby. The bond that exists here is strong enough to create micro revolutions. The love and respect that Abby and I have formed toward yoga and nature will last our lifetimes. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[Doing yoga outside is such a great activity for mental and physical health. Being in the grass near the ocean and just stretching and going through a relaxing class was so much fun. I recently became a yoga teacher and I led me and Nora through the sequence I've learned, it was relaxing and definitely a nice break from some of the other midterms I've had to do recently.]]></description>
