         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Waterloo Region has the world’s second largest Oktoberfest.  This festival was established after the founding fathers saw this Bavarian tradition celebrated at the famous Concordia Club in Kitchener as an excellent opportunity to benefit the entire community by becoming a civic festival that celebrated our local German Canadian heritage.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Victoria park is important to the Waterloo Region because it a jewel that is nestled in the middle of the downtown area. The park still has some of the amenities that it always had from when the park opened in 1896. This park is home to a historic clock tower, that is still in working order.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

Many Canadians consider Tim Hortons to be a symbol of Canada and I am one of those Canadians.
