         <description><![CDATA[<div>Answering with my specific area of interest in mind, leadership studies could be a little bit complicated to share, but at the same time it is important to share the research as well. I guess that you always will have to look at the ethics surrounding your study and how/what could be shared. One should also be careful so that results aren’t misinterpreted or misused. I guess politicians, civil servants and citizens all could be interested in my research and that I would have to engage in a dialogue with them and try to establish a network outside of the academia as well.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
