         <description><![CDATA[<div>Elvis Presley was born in 1935 in Mississippi. He was an American singer and actor, people said he is the one of the most significant stars in the 20th century, and he is also known as "the king of Rock and Roll".<br>He moved to Tennessee in 1948, and that's where he began his music career. Elvis released several hit songs throughout his whole life, and some of them are still heard today. His first single album, "Heartbeat Hotel" sold over 1 million copies, and his self-titled album became the NO.1 in Billboard charts. After several other hit songs, the first movie of Elvis "Love Me Tender" was released in 1956, it made 9 million dollars of box office revenue. In 1963, he was the first singer who has 5 NO.1 hits in the UK. At the same time, almost all of his concerts' tickets were sold out, and he won 14 Grammy Awards during his life time. After his death in 1977, he still keep influencing the world and music. He appeared on the limit addition of stamp series in 1992. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1986 and the Gospel Music Association's Gospel Music Hall of Fame in 2001.</div>]]></description>
