I had the sprit of a real army guy and being confident when I was talking with Damon. I had all the documents in a folder  to be clean.

I was asked question which made me communicate back to other people which mad me be more confident.

I could talk about my asthma story more and about my family

I had to come in and talk with Damon and then come for 3 days before everyone for a training and knowing with my group.
2-What went well?

We had to do a safe box in a plastic cup with paper and some glue to drop the egg from second flor and try not to brock it

We had fun make it and had some good ideas

I have to come in time to all the lessons from the college and be in time to work when I am working.
2-What went well?
In 6 months coming to college my attendance in 98/100% 
3-What did not go well?
My attendance can be 100%

Evidence 2- Crime and justice week 
1- Explain the activity
Military police came to us and tell us about their life where they move from military police to the Yorkshire police.
2-What went well?
We did enjoy hearing about some story's about they time spending in military police
3-What did not go well?
We didn't learn anything that will help us for Army Prep
4- What would you change if you did it again?
There will be nothing that Military police can help us as we are not interested in to Military police or Police.

Going to gym and having a good section of training that will keep my body fitter and get my body stronger which will help me to get in to Royal Navy faster

From when I started the college in till now I been getting Better results at some exercises that we are doing weekly/monthly

Go more times to the gym increase my circuit training with more exercises and Havier weights

Explain what you did? 
We had to split in to 2 groups of 4-5 people and complete an amount of task in 30 minutes. Each member had a task to do and to complete. We had some tasks where one member from each team had to do a task and beat score of other team, for example how firs can do 100 points on a paper with a marker in the smallest amount of time.
What went well?
We complete all the tasks in a short amount of time.
What did not go well?
We had an argument because I did someone's task and that person was mad because he it took too much time to complete and when he seen me doing it he was very mad.
We could use more team work for a better score and to use more communication so we dont make mistakes any more.
How did this develop your communication and confidence skills? At the start of this task we had 15 minutes to plan how and where we can go to complete this tasks and we give to everyone there own task to complete so we used communication to do it 

Leadership activity 2- Terrorist activity
Explain what you did?  We had to plan a terrorist attack on Barnsley college and to plant 9 bombs around the Barnsley college area.  Our teacher told us where was best to plant the bombs. At the start of attack we had around 2 minutes to plant the bombs and try to not get caught with the bomb on us. When we all planted our bomb at the end our teacher told us to go back to the HQ where we started and wait to see how contra terrorist group did and if the been able to find all the bombs.
What went well?
We managed to plant them bombs.
What did not go well?
Some of us got caught and been asked to tell them where are the bombs. They found 8 out of 9 bombs.
How did this develop your communication and confidence skills? 1-Explain the task-  I had to work in the gym with him and make him work harder.
2-How did this make you feel? 
It made me feel good as he did make many improvement's.
3- What went well? 
His cardio and muscular endurance got stronger
4- What could you improve?
Make him work harder and get him work more times per week as he works only 3 times a week and only for a short time .

Evidence 2- I support my little brother 
1-Explain the task- I have to stay with my brother and help him with his school homework and help him to speak.
2-How did this make you feel ? 
I feel good as I can see him improving from him being unable to speak to him being able to speak.
Also he can do many thinks as feeding himself.
3- What went well? 
He is getting older so he will no need my support too much
4- What could you improve?
Practise with him more times.

Evidence 3- In college I had to help some people to speak with the teachers as they didn't know to speak English at all.
1-Explain the task-  I had to go with them and speak with other teachers what ever they need. For example When I was in year 9 I had to help 3 people of my age every day for a month or too in till they knew what to do and speak English as I teach them to speak some times.
2-How did this make you feel? 
It was nice to see people in need and me helping them.
3- What went well? 
I made my self new friend's and we are still speaking even if they are in different colleges.
4- What could you improve?

My attendance at college is 100%.
Since first day of college I never been late to a lesson.
This motivates me to come at college so my attendance don't go down.


Evidence 2- No behaviour issues. 
I have no behaviour issues and Iven if I am mad at someone and want to kill him I stop my self because there will be consequences. 


Evidence 3-Deadlines for work. 
I give the homework in time and complete my work in time.
I am very competitive so I like to be first who finish the work.
