I loves guitar and writing tunes

I wake up but am often tired by noon

I love to exercise and run

Morning on the beach with the shining sun

Give me a burger some chips and a beer

And you will find me full of good cheer.

A father, a husband, a lover of life,
With a heart full of love and a soul full of light.
He's a master of meals, a connoisseur of taste,
Bringing flavor and joy to the table with grace.

A lover of music, with a passion so true,
He fills the room with the melodies he knew.
From jazz to rock, to pop and more,
His ears are always open, to what's in store.

The buzz of the bush, 

When she hikes, especially after rain,

Fills her soul in the same way.

 

Snakes and lizards fill her with dread,

A fear that is irrational,

And at times paralysing.

 

As are the panic attacks that middle age have graciously bestowed,

When ziplining or rock climbing or,

Going to the dentist!

 

Overcoming fears and taking the plunge

Is her new adrenaline of her life.

 

The smell of fresh cut grass,

Or freshly baked bread,

The beach,

Sun dried sheets off the line.

Laughing with friends,

Time with family.

Christmas.

A good, dry Rosé

Simple pleasures that her sustain her.

I like fried eggs but leave the ham  

I love my food, especially pasta  

I like to run, wish I was a bit faster  

I can paint, but just for fun  

I don't like cleaning up when I'm done 

I've snorkeled with seals  

And swam with eels  

I love to meet people from everywhere  

I find it fulfilling to listen and share  

In summary I love this earth and its creation 

I love the world, other countries and our beautiful nation
