Then I would sit down and plan with the teacher to brainstorm a plan which could be executed to get the class back on target.          <description><![CDATA[<div>To address pacing, I would meet with the teachers during one of their two planning periods to find out  if the pacing issue is technology based or planning based.  From there, I would use a blank calendar for that particular month and map out an IFC with a projected end date for the topic.  Then we would look at the iModule to determine which portions would lead students to conceptual understanding and which parts can be cut out.   Of course we would not cut out the mandatory Mathia time but extra activities can be modified to regain pace.  From there, we would have a conversation about how pacing is being monitored throughout the program.  What data points are you taking to ensure that students are completing topics in a timely manner with the maximum understanding.</div>]]></description>
