I don't recall much from the holiday except for drinking watermelon juice when we checked in because the hotel staff were giving them away to people. And my mom didn't drink any so I got two glasses of watermelon juice. So that was nice.

It has been about 2 years since the first case of Covid-19. Since then, I haven't been able to come visit my hometown and celebrate Tet. Thus, I just wish for a trip back to my hometown as soon as possible.

Where: my hometown is Ha Tinh, which is a small city in Central Vietnam. 

Who: probably I would go with my family like most of the time. It would be better if my cousins come along

What: we usually come back in Tet, so the main activity is celebrating Tet of course. We also receive lucky money and give wishes during Tet. My cousin and I might have some football matches together and even gaming days, too.

So it was a couple of weeks or so ago I think, when the COVID situation wasn't as bad. My mom told me about a story of a person that refused to go to quarantine and stay locked up inside their home on like, the 3rd floor or something. So a fire truck was sent to the rescue, because like, you know, firetrucks can reach up to the 40th floor or something, i dunno, my dad told me that lol- ANYWAYS, the firefighters broke into the house and got them out to quarantine them. So yeah. No privacy. Man what if that person was changing clothes? I've been on a lot of holidays with my family, and most of them are very comfortable and joyful.

Where: the best one I've ever had probably is the trip to Phu Quoc island, one of the biggest islands of Vietnam located in the South of the country

Who: It was a trip organised by my father's company, so alongsides my family there were also my father's colleagues

What : we traveled there by plane (it's one of few islands that has an airport), and stayed in a resort whose room is even bigger than our home. Water activities were the main parts, but we also enjoyed billiards and the atmosphere of luxury (it was unbelievably incredible here). My favourite one was when we tasted pure fish sauce. It was better than I had thought though.

Why: It was the most luxurious resort that I've ever been to (and costly also). But I'm sure that it was such a great experience for me. It had been hard for me to imagine life on an island until then.

Having a career is very important as it helps you to maintain your daily life in the future

What-the job: due to my personal ability and also speculations about jobs in the future, I would probably go for a programming engineer position. It is also one of my favourite subjects so I think it would be a good choice for me.

Where-work: I haven't decided yet, maybe after university I would take it into consideration.
