It is important to develop a mindset of entrepreneurship as one of the main lessons learned from this course. Taking this course also gave me practical experiences and activities that improved my abilities in important areas like financial management, effective communication, and strategic planning. In addition, I acquired knowledge on how to create strong networks. A thorough discussion of financial planning for startups, including cash flow statements, income statements, and profit and loss statements, was given in the course. With the help of these ideas, I am able to handle financial planning in my position as the team's finance manager with a more entrepreneurial mindset. Finally, I would say that this training has given me a strong basis on which to start my own business. I'm prepared to take on the chances and challenges that come with creating and running a profitable business as a result of the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in this course.
