I so appreciate you showing up and supporting through the annual meet. It was short but a partnership I will remember.

Augustine, I just happened to come across this photo on my phone which was a reminder for me about how many org processes you have contributed to over the years :)

And through all of that you have kept things simple, grounded and to the point in terms of what really matters. Every time I have worked with you what has stayed with me is your capacity to listen, absorb, respond and not react and putting your points forward with such clarity and logic and standing your ground when you truly believe in something.

Wishing you all the best as you move ahead in your journey. I wish peace for you and Manipur and hope things look bright and purposeful in your future :)

Hi Augustine,

I am feeling overwhelmed with memories as I am writing this farewell note to you, my first manager at QUEST .

I recall how you patiently supported me right from settling bills to guiding me on centre visits and on how to present QUEST work to partner.

Your guidance helped me to pick up key skills that furthered my growth at QUEST.

Your own journey has been inspiring in QUEST on how you started as an intern and rose to project lead and regional lead.

It is enlightening to witness your understanding of issues and the way your present yourself in a calm but determined manner.

Though you moved to Assam, I am grateful that our relationship only deepened. I always looked forward to meeting you in org meetings and was delighted when we found common ground on many issues.

I remember the date, it was 3rd of March 2021, first time I came to office but as I entered no one was there in the office, suddenly I heard someone's voice from the office room, It was you, you were in meeting

that was one day, and today is another day, its hard to accept that you are leaving Quest and us..

I am really lucky to have you as my guide as my senior, we Guwahati team feel very secure when you are around us.. aap hote ho to office - office jesa lgta h... protective feel hota h
