         <description><![CDATA[<div>Laws are also there to make sure that we do the right thing , or since belt punished. For example parking in a disabled space without the correct permit, is not only morally wrong, but it is also illegal and can result in a fine. Laws&nbsp; therefor are there to tell us what we can and freely you have to respect the law. In many cases law are what give use freedom. Not paying for your bus ticket or acts of minor vandalism, are criminal offences, not just an expression or own personal freedom.<br><br><strong><em>PRETTY CRIME</em></strong><br>Petty Crime are considered more minors crimes for example stealing, mugging, pickpocketing, acts of vandalism or selling soft drugs. In deaprived areas of big&nbsp; cities this type of crime can provide much needed money. Although not resulting In serious punishments, these crime limit the freedoms of other citizens. . Vulnerable young people are frequentaly involved In Petty Crimes. Once involved with these it can be difficult to break free. However, there can be serious punishments and consequences for petty crimes even when committed by minors.<br><br><strong>ORGANISED CRIME</strong><br>Criminal activies that are planned and controlled by powerful groups and carried out an a large scale. This control comes thought the corruction of people in power.          <title>The life of Joe Petrosino 🔍👮‍♂️</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Giuseppe Petrosino was born in Padula in 1860. In 1873 he emigrated to new york with his family. In New York the Petrosino family lived in ‘’five-cent houses’’ because they were poor. In New York there were 500.000 italians, men lived in abandoned buildings.<br></strong><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Joe in order not to burden his family, at the age of 13 has done many jobs, like newsboy, shoe-shine and others. His dream was to become a policeman. Then he studied English and tried to enlist in the American Police failing, but he become useful to them, in fact he informed the police about some Italian criminals. In 1883 he finally managed to enlist in police under the number 285 with a silver plate on is chest.<br></strong><br></div><div><strong>&nbsp;<br></strong><br></div><div><strong>After a short training as an officer, Joe started winning all the levels in his police department and the appreciation by the people. His big dream was to defeat the Mafia called “Black Hand”in the past. Then he earned the appreciation of the president Roosevelt and he was promoted to Sergeant,Detective and Lieutenant by him and he became the first Italian officer to enter the Bureau. Then he took command of the “Italian Branch” a group of Italian officers necessary for Joe to defeat the Mafia.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The Italian legion<br>The Italian branch was renamed italian legion and reinforced with thirty men it was a team of agenz with the licence to act outside of the U.S constitution. The organization was funded by private citizens, Joe Petrosino was promoted to Lieutenant by President Theodore Roosevelt for the brilliant operation against gangsterism that awarded him a Medal of Valor. On 7 April 1907, Monsignor Patrick J. La Valle celebrated the wedding of Joe Petrosino and Adelina Saulino. The Italian Legion was all there, as well as police chief Bingham.No honeymoon, Petrosino had too much work.<br><br>Joe Petrosino last year<br>In Joe Petrosino's last year, he had bronchopneumonia. His wife Adelina was pregnant. Meanwhile, the Italian government wanted to offer him a gold watch with an engraved inscription. In 1908 Adelina Bianca Giuseppina Petrosino was born. Joe Petrosino, almost fifty years old, from that day dedicated himself to his little girl. Towards the end of that year, the New York Police Department received a project by a skilled criminologist, an expert of the methods of Italian crime, aimed at freeing New York of the many foreigners who established a reign of lawlessness, blackmail and murder.          <description><![CDATA[<div>On 9th February 1909 Joe Petrosino left New York on the Duke of Genova, traveling under the name Simone Velletri. Petrosino was convinced that his mission was secret but in America all the newspaper talked about it. The first to give the news was the New York Herald, where Bingham confirmed Petrosino's depature for Italy precisely to Sicily, and this news started the Italian mafia.<br><br>After he visited Milan, Bologna and he stayed in Rome two days to meet Italian officials and the American abascador. Then he went to Padula, his ancestarl home where is brother lived. On 28th February Detective Joe Petrosino arrived a Palermo. A few hours later he met the American consul Bishop but he avoided any contact with the police; he said to Bishop "I do not trust them all".<br><br>&nbsp;On 12th March he told Bishop of his intention to extend the investigation not only to the mafia but also to the candidates in the upcoming election and to elements of politics and business. He had find empy files and the folders of suspect deliberately deleted. He wrote down on his notebook: "Vito Cascio Ferro, born in Sambuca Zambut, a resident of Bisacquino, provice of Palermo, a fearsome criminal". Almost all states have a Costitution,but not every Government follows it. The origin of the Constitution with Aristole in Ancient Greece, based on the idea of the Law of natore,which Constitution,Laws and polices should follow,whoever was in pawer.<br><br><br><br>The Magna Carta was written in European history. signed by King John, to stop a rebellion of 25 barons, tired of paying him such high taxes, but really only to protect the aristocracy The American Constitution of 1789 was the first complete national constitution written. The idea became popular and was quickly followed by Filad and France. constitutions became fashionable especially after the Second World War.
