Punk is a culture very much focused on DIY and art! While it is a value and music-based subculture, it is also known for its fashion! I used to wear these all the time in high school. One leg had band logos, the other had resistance symbols.

The benefit shows I mentioned previously are a way in which people try to support members of the community, but punks also frequently participate in mutual aid. This can cover things like bills, medical expenses, and food needs.
