         <description><![CDATA[<div>This website has brought up the fact that murderers don't have an absence or increase of cells packed in their brains. The more cells in one space help the thought process, which means the common murderer isn't thinking too much about what they are doing. It appears as though they just act on instinct. </div>]]></description>

In murderers, the blood level is lower in the part of the brain that reasons and thinks rationally. The low blood flow could be causing that part of the brain to not work as hard and for them to think irrationally </div>]]></description>
