         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Cultural misunderstandings and communication issues can definitely impact teamwork and collaboration within the call center because of the diverse employees because of this the potential consequences may vary to its employees' morale and performance in the work place. Therefore, the consequences might be that the dialect of one employee who is trying to speak in English might mispronounce some phrases or words that might be offensive or not understandable towards the customers. As a result of this, the call center agent might have a bad review from that customer that might affect the company because the employee wasn't able to help the customer considering that the employee's dialect or strong accent in that employee's own language in their own country that the customer wasn't able to comprehend what the employee's trying to say.&nbsp;</li></ul>]]></description>
