         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Only when we have relationship, we have communication &amp; trust with one another<br>2. TSR - both teachers &amp; students set clear expectations, rules &amp; consequences. &amp; have a common goal.<br>SSR - Students need to mingle with everyone in the class and not be within their cliques ( set classroom seating, class bonding activities, etc.)<br>TTR - Everyone has a part to play in the classroom, have an open communication system, and put student’s welfare as our priority.<br>3. - Set time to interact with the students to be aware of their development and welfare;<br>- Have an active communication with the subject teachers.<br>4. - Everyone one of them to enter poly/jc;<br>- To foster strong and better relationship with one another;<br>- To be more confident of one another.<br><br></div>]]></description>
