2.TSR: Regular informal chats/talks to check in. Talk more often with them.
SSR: More bonding activities. Seating arrangement.
TTR: Regular conservation. Regular updates.

3. Tap on each other's strength. Eg. Areas of discipline, pastoral, admin, etc...

4. To achieve their personal academic goal. Foster better relationship and develop better interpersonal skills.

2. TSR - both teachers & students set clear expectations, rules & consequences. & have a common goal.
SSR - Students need to mingle with everyone in the class and not be within their cliques ( set classroom seating, class bonding activities, etc.)
TTR - Everyone has a part to play in the classroom, have an open communication system, and put student’s welfare as our priority.
3. - Set time to interact with the students to be aware of their development and welfare;
- Have an active communication with the subject teachers.
4. - Everyone one of them to enter poly/jc;
- To foster strong and better relationship with one another;
- To be more confident of one another.

- can find out from subject teachers how students are doing too

- point out if they are being mean to each other
- create a culture of respect
- more platforms to bond
TTR
- more communication
- clear delegation of work
- voice out if need help
- recognise the strengths and weakness of each other
- split the work load
- flexible

- seating arrangement is important
- sing the same tune; on the same page

- work together, study together, work towards doing well in the N levels
- forge friendships
- more focused on their goals & to set a goal

2. To constantly check/talk with them on daily basis and most importantly be consistent with our routines 3. FTs to be open with each other (work on each other strengths) and constantly update each other on students matters/well being.
