There's five children in the back trunk so the inside of the car must be full with their family. The writing on the car and in the back ground looks arabic which means these kids must be from an arabic speaking country. This family is driving a run down car, compared to the others around thing, so they must be poor.

They appear to be a family of poverty in a big city due to the condition of the car and their riding situation. We think they are on their way to school or church due to their dress clothes. It seems that this is a normal situation to them as they all appear to be comfortable and familiar with it. We noticed that the boys were dressed in suits, so we assumed that they could have been going to mosque, being that the main religion of the Middle East is Muslim. We also proposed the thought that they could have been going to or coming from a funeral or wedding or some other cultural ceremony. Because these boys were riding in the trunk, we said that they might have had to ride back there because too many people were riding in the car. I gather that it is a city by all the large buildings in the surrounding area. When I look at the boy all the way on the left, he seems amazed by all the large buildings, but it seems like the other boys may be scared or sad by the looks on their faces.
