  • do we have the talent? Yes, but with probably some gaps =  7-8/10?
  • are there legislative barriers? No, so 9-10/10
  • do we have to do a lot of market research? yes, but we will have tons of help from the UoE which is invested ni this area too, so this is good too 8-9/10

The client takes the financial risk or the depositor rather than a one-off upfront charge. Pay for as long as it's stored. Partnership with MRC. Could be more broadly applicable later on. They fund seed funding and also per item per year costs. They need to decide the deletion policy and plan for costs. Be open to institutional charging model.

In this way we help UoE researchers to generate and explore opportunities for stimulating the generation of impact (i.e. benefit to society) from their research data.
