The course has met my expectations. The balance between theory and practice has been maintained. Thanks to the content of the course and the exchange of experiences between the participants, we learned innovative teaching methods and tools. We also had the opportunity to improve language competences. We learned how to include international activities to our school curriculum and how to involve stuff and students in the cooperation with foreign partners.

The course is ending and I am a full of new ideas for activities with my children. I learned how to be much more time outside, how to include children to nature and looking around itselfs. Nature is giving many many different kind of lections, sometimes we have to be prepared and sometimes I prefer doing instictly, improvisation. Some activities we have done I copied for myself, another I make it easier to my kindergarten children. I learned international, national is very important and we already do this in our work. But what I can do more? I realized that there is much more activity to do. With my colleague we decided to cooperate between our kindergarten group with sharing lessons, experience and other things. We find out a lot of ideas for example: making local market with children, to do a "job shadowing" betwen our groups, going to the forest one or two times a week together and there sharing activities.

Regarding skills and knowledge I have taken to heart that not only pupils but also teachers should always be personally motivated to do what they do. Not only will the outcome be much better but everybody will enjoy their work much more. Also we have to keep in mind that we do not live on the proverbial island, meaning everybody, i.e. every culture and everything around us is connected with each other. Whenever we do sth., it will effect everything and everybody around us. This was a very valuable insight that was gained by learning in and about nature and by being on the course with people from many other countries and cultures.

What‘s more, by collaborating with each other -no matter what nation we come from- I have noticed the outcomes to be much better than if I did them on my own.

Triggered by this course I also acknowledged that working on anything is a matter of taking action, so you should plan carefully but then just DO and follow your course. Hesitating will not bring any results and even if they were not as good as you expected them to be, you can always re-evaluate and start anew! So the course gave me a very positive outlook on my international work but also on my daily life (as a teacher). And I also see the importance and values of being in contact with other nations, therefore I have become a true believer in working on enhancing more contacts to other schools. This course has taught me the usefulness and effectiveness of eTwinning for our students so I will try to convince more teachers of my school to work internationally via this platform and I have also developed a strong wish for more collaboration with other European schools. This was also a valuable insight gained at the course and who knows… maybe some of the course participants might want to work with a German school in the future? I definitely would love.

Personal identity lies at the core of national identity, therefore I have taken to heart that when we meet people from other nations / cultures to look at the person and to keep in mind what is his/her cultural background that might have turned him/her into the person he/she is. Respect for different cultures or value diversity is something that I will definitely put even more emphasis on than I did before, because it is at the core of us helping students on their way to become a global citizen.

By working together with people who were of different nations in this course and as the course language was English, my communication and language skills in general were refined regarding the topics we dealt with. And the course also showed us possible and very simple ways how not only we can improve our student‘s outlook on people from other nations but also their communication skills. What helped me extremely for our future internationalisation of our school curriculum were the activities we had to do on that matter. I do feel I leave this course with an insight of how we can bring about the theoretical base, i.e. the implementation of an internationalisation policy, just as practical activities that we can carry out at school.

These courses gave me a lot of new information on how to use environmental factors - changes occurring in nature - from personal identity to the politics of internationalism, revealed the main points of how to help each student become a world citizen who understands the liberal principles of Artes. All practical activities were associated with the development of internationality. I realized even more how important it is in school. International is not only participation in trips, exchange programs, it must be understood as integration in the entire educational process. In every lesson, in any subject, we can find connections with other countries.

Learning took place through experience, in non-traditional settings, so emotions helped develop practical applicability. Accurate insights broadened the awareness of internationality, the importance of strategy in the school context. Specific advice supplemented the theoretical material.

The course was useful and full of practical information. I clarified my understanding about internationalisation strategy and gained skills how to adjust internationalisation policy to the needs of our school.

I also improved my skills of self-awareness, empathy, creative thinking, communication and collaboration, etc.

Knowledge about cultural values, local culture, geography, customs and traditions was very valuable. It inspired me to re-think of my own knowledge, skills and experience, re-think of my own impact on nature. It also let me re-think of my own English lessons and how to make them more interesting and valuable. Thank you Rita.

These courses provided many new experiences.

I understood that national identity is a personal identity and a feeling of belonging to one state or one nation, a feeling that a person shares with a group of people, regardless of their citizenship-status. National identity, in a psychological sense, is an "awareness of difference" - a sense and recognition of "us" and "them". Most of the things we use on a daily basis are similar and universal in their origin and use. Only their content or some details acquire national, different features.

In order to educate a responsible citizen of the world, we should include international learning in the curriculum. This would help students understand other cultures. Very targeted classes, during which we studied and created our International policy.

In these courses, we learned why does globalization enhance inclusion as well as national and cultural identity, how to integrate international work into school subjects. Most of the days the environment is set to enhance the learning and experiences.

I received many examples of how to incorporate cross-curricular learning and develop competencies in non-traditional settings. I am very grateful for the acquired knowledge!

The meeting gave me a lot of new things to learn, but it also made me realise that I am on the right way, but that I need to keep adding new things and throwing away the unused ones. First of all, it is necessary to identify what is important and good for me or for us and to give reasons why, because we learn the most from our own experiences and mistakes. I have worked with teachers from different countries, backgrounds, and conversational language skills. Each one of us contributed a piece of the jigsaw to a group that functioned well and solved situations. Even the unpleasant ones were successfully resolved through discussion and understanding. We exchanged and created a lot of ideas and networking started about the possibilities of further cooperation between us, about possible projects on the eTwinning portal or Erasmus projects. We got to know the cultures of the schools and the way of working in the schools, the different extra-curricular activities and activities. Our reflections also looked to the future as we discussed the possibilities of lifelong learning, active citizenship and gave ideas on new ways of engaging ourselves in projects and at a global level. Last but not least, I improved my knowledge of English, which was my working language, and German through constant communication, as I had the opportunity to communicate with teachers from Germany and Poland. We used Padlet, the eTwinning paltform and the help of a translator for some specific words. I managed to communicate with all the participants, it was nice to work together, and hanging out with the German teacher in the afternoon was an additional opportunity to develop my communication skills. I feel that I have successfully evaluated my daily activities, shared them with others and received feedback from our leader or other participants. I was able to identify, learn and empower myself for the next projects. As I said before, once you are addicted to Erasmus, it is hard to cure it....
