Moreover, he talked that some Jewish people even after they became free they felt anger at what they saw. Also he was talking about indifference of people to wars and some horrible incidents that happened. It shows like dark and sad tone because he was talking about some problems of the society.

"He was finally free, but there was not joy in his heart. He thought there never would be again." Those sentences make me got a strong reaction because those sentences led me to think how bad the conditions in the camp during the Holocaust had to be for him to say that he would never feel any joy never again. It was something really sad and despairing that people had to went through. I can't even imagine how much pain people had there. It was an atrocity. In those sentences the tone of the writer is hopeless.

The words that creates a strong reaction for me is Society and Failures because when a country fail to reach a win in a war or they are in bad economic situation the society are the ones who get the bad consequences for it. in this case Elie Wiesel was describing how the jews are the ones who are having bad treatment for the holocaust when they are not the ones who have the fault the society around them were blaming them just because hitler didnt like them.
