1. Immigrants were getting treated unfairly and criminalized.
2. Since they don't have a green card they are getting threats of getting deported and they are also marginalized and even criminalized in their own communities.
3. To resolved this issue it means to change the current system while preventing criminalization of immigrants, get them in DACA, and speeding up the process of getting green cards.
