Wow, I can tell the age group difference just by the colour.
I wonder if the site might be too busy. The amount of colour and material is quite overwhelming. I had a hard time keeping up.
I will definitely be looking at Pixton and working more with Canva.
I think that she created some wonderful interactive material with the students being able to stay within the site.
Stickers are a great way to motivate students.
The incorporation of the Breakout rooms and how the students were feeling was a good idea too.
I also appreciate the need for a hard copy agenda for younger students.

Again, I do not use Google Site but the more I see what this platform does I am jealous my school board do not use this.
I love the layout and the amount of options google slite has. The ability to embed various items are helpful when you are designing your unit for the students. In Brightspace which I have not explored all the options, however, it does not have as many options as google site. I will check to see if Brightspace has some of these components.
Futhermore, I love the idea of having various examples of the template for the title page, same page quiz options and many more. Great job by the presenter.

I see in google site it is friendly to other site such as canva, pixton and class kick.
I love the colours on the site and with elementary students it would be attractive but I can see secondary students being appealing to them as well.
It would seem that this platform is very versatile and not too comprehensive

I love the use of the Google side and the layout chosen. The site is simple and easy to follow for a Grade 3 student. As she progresses through her presentation, she mentions all the different sites and software used which is wonderful for students that are young. The only drawback for this is keeping all their login information (which is mentioned and kept on an accessible doc, well done). As she progresses there is a wide variety of software being used to engage these young students which is easy to the eyes and age appropriate. The reward system is excellent, and I do love the idea of still using hard copies at that age as this is still important for motor skill development and connection.
There are a tremendous amount of sections at the top which may be difficult as this continues to grow, but as long as the teacher ensures that everything remains visible. Finally, for her schedule, Google Calendar is a monster with certain add-ons which will allow for scheduling/meeting and the class schedule. The only other issue is the 'freeware' which requires contant maintenance in order not to go beyond what is free.
