A negative experience is trying to achieve the acceptable grade for state given tests in school, such as TCAP. Placed so much stress on young children.
A positive experience is when I workout, I often times set weight goals. For instance, I set a goal to bench press 90 lbs, and worked to achieve that

A positive experience I had was with the app called "Kahoot!". I was answering all the questions correctly but noticed that I wasn't getting as high of a score as my classmates. That's when I noticed that my classmates were trying to submit their answer as fast as they could, so that they can get the highest possible points. Due to me watching my classmates and through trial and error. I too joined in on trying to submit answers quickly.
A negative experience I had was when playing Kickball. I'm not the best kicker in the world, and wanted to kick far just like the other kids. So I decided to try and mock the other kids form, yet that resulted in me striking out 3 times, so I decided to stick to what I knew best.

A negative example is when my teacher would allow the kids who understood the assignment, to teach the kids who didn't understand the assignment. Many kids would go on a power trip and instead of actually learning, students would sit there frustrated and have feelings of feeling dumb compared to others.
A positive experience is Lab experiments in science class. Students would formulate a hypothesis and throughout the experiment, learn if their hypothesis was correct or incorrect.

A positive experience is when placed in a group assignment, often times it helped me in understanding the assignment and subject at hand. This was due to the fact that the other students often times could relate it better to me or I didn't feel as embarrassed to ask the question.
A negative experience is when I would be placed in a group assignment and be the only one doing all the work or have that one member that doesn't contribute on the same level as the rest of the group members.

My math teacher used to relate math problems to real world experiences. This was extremely beneficial because I still utilize some math techniques to solve some day to day problems.
A negative experience is when in class and students use the ability to relate a topic to their real-life, and someone disagrees, there tends to be an argument. This is because now the situation is more personal and when someone disagrees with something that you agree with or relate to or been through, you might react negatively if someone is in opposition of you.
