After taking the "Rate My Bias", I discovered that I fall into the center. This means my veiwpoints are relatively balanced, as I lean left for some issues and right for others. This doesn't really surprise me, as I would consider myself "unbiased" for the most part. Maybe me saying that is even bias, but I do strive for an open mind and to look at multiple different veiwpoints when forming opinions. The test reminded me to evaluate information from multiple different sources before making a decision.

Axios Exclusive: OpenAI is not for sale, CEO Sam Altman says

Axios (Left) highlighted Sam Altman's rejection of Elon's offer as part of a long-standing reoccurrence of Elon attempting to take over OpenAI. The article suggests Musk's interest in owning OpenAI was more about control than innovation, framing Altman's response as firm and dismissive. It focused more on the personal conflict between the two tech leaders, rather than the financial aspect.

Something I noticed throughout the different news stories was subtle language choices, emphasis on certain ideas, and excluded content. This made me think about how all of those factors can shape the publics viewpoint. It's easy to access misinformation, and the public should be checking stories across multiple sources to avoid media bias.
