The team should meet at the starting point to decide the specifics of the app and then the type of animation that they want to present by creating a screenplay with the main ideas as the group decides and now have an idea of what to do. The coder will program the app with its main function working at the same time with the visual effects member to add visuals to the app, afterwards once the app is complete the animator will create the animation style (colors, art style, size, etc.) for the animation with the editor adding features such as transitions, fonts, etc. as well as supervising the other members during the entire process working as the leader to provide the time frames and communicate within the other members. The final product will present an app that is connected to the hypothalamus (part of the brain) via a chip to monitor the emotions. The chip will send waves of information into the app where the code will determine what notification it needs to send with specific information presented visually as either a positive or negative visual image. The next step is to join it and talk about the information each one found and start making the animation. In one computer organize the ideas and look for photos or images that relates to the investigation. 

In the second lesson, start making the animation based on the information they had last lesson. Divide the time in equal parts, so each member is going to work for 30 mins. Each member will need to focus in one emotion (anger, sadness, joy, and fear/ dislike). While one is working in the animation, the other people can write down their complete information, so when its their turn they’ll just need to copy it and it will be faster.

The roles of the team:

-        I (the leader) would be supervising and gathering the work. I would also be the creative mind of the team and give ideas for the advertise. I would also accept suggestions of other members of the team.
-        The 2nd member of the team would be in charge of the script of the advertisement.
-        The 3rd member of the team would be in charge of the visual part and of the video.
-        The fourth member would be in charge of gathering the work of the member 3 and 2 and would be in charge of editing the video.

Time management

In total we have 4 sessions of 60 minutes. We will dedicate 30 minutes after each session to focus on the part of one of the members of the team. Each person will have 1 session. The other 30 minutes of every session will be used to work in your part of the work.

After we know our skills, we could divide the material we need to do the animation because we need to be clear about what we need based on the possible themes we could think about on the planning day.
    On the second 60-minute class we would already have the materials we accorded to bring so with that we could do a brainstorm about the ideas we could use for the theme of the video, after we accord in the theme for the video, we could add even more materials based on the specific theme.
    On the third 60-minute class we would do the planning of the video including the new added materials and start recording until we run out of time leaving the video for us to finish it on the last class.
    On the fourth and last 60-minute class we would finish the recording of the video and finish the editing and final touches for us to upload in time and correctly.

    In the first 60 minutes all the teammates will talk about the ideas each one has for the animation, including a brainstorm for characters, setting, and a theme for this project.

    In the other 60 minutes of the week, two of the members will start creating the first part of the animation with the characteristics talking last meeting.
    And the two remaining will continue with the idea for the second part.
     
    The third 60 minutes, the two persons that continue with the ideas for the second part, will continuing with the proposals talk before and finishing the project.
     
    The last 60 minutes, all the teammates will gather to discuss the final animation, so that they can fix and suggest more effects, or take out some parts, so at the end all are agree.
     
    Time Management:
    These four hours will be divided in four periods, each one of 60 minutes.
    All these periods are focused on the same amount of work for each member of the group, that at the end, the last 60 minutes, will be to making all agree with the final work.

All the team members can give ideas for the animation. An easy way to divide the team is in pairs. One pair can make the investigation; gather useful information and resources that may be useful for the animation. And the other pair can create and edit the whole animation. 

    Time management:

    The total amount of time inverted to work will be four sessions of an hour each. The first session will be used to give ideas and come to a draft of the final animation. The next two sessions will be used by each pair to work on what they have given. And the last session will be used to give the animation some last corrections, so it turns out the closest to the initial idea.
