Mental health education sessions about mental health issues and potential warning signs for kids and parents.<br>Mental Health Mondays - online weekly check in sessions to debrief about how everyone is going and set the tone for the week, provide a few mental health resources if they need help through the week.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Partnership&nbsp;<br>- meals on wheels<br>-soup kitchens<br>- finding a local business that would be happy to help provide sandwiches one day a week to get it started&nbsp;<br>- p&amp;F group to help make meals or sandwiches one day to get it started&nbsp;<br><br>Empowerment&nbsp;<br>- education about healthy eating&nbsp;<br>- education for helping out those in need, for example noticing a class mate who doesn't eat as healthy or doesn't have nutrient dense foods in their lunch box, you can encourage them or bring them some foods.&nbsp;<br><br>engagement&nbsp;<br>-&nbsp; engaging the class in workshops about eating healthier, or giving them knowledge about the healthier foods- strive health&nbsp;<br>- involving a a dietitian/ nutritionalist via zoom to deliver the knowledge and give them food ideas about what they should be eating<br>-&nbsp;<br><br>collaboration&nbsp;<br>- collaborate with uber eats or door dash with these companies that are willing to help out and make foods or sandwiches. this way all the classmates could have food delivered to them in the morning and via zoom they could have a lunch time scheduled to meet up with everyone which would help the mental health as they would get to interact with the students over lunch.<br><br><br>Everyone could pick their favourite recipes and over zoom they have to cook it (either via zoom or video themselves cooking it and upload it to a page so everyone could see it and when lock down ends they could all bring their recipes in/ or they could email the teacher their recipes and the class could make a recipe book.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Utilising school district bus system to drop off food care packages that include: breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon tea to the students.&nbsp;<br>-Engaging help from the existing school community: bus driver, kitchen staff, health teachers and school counselor.<br>-Engaging the community dietician to aid in meal planning for students to ensure a balanced meal plan and safety of students with food allergies.&nbsp;<br>-Coordinating zoom meetings during breakfast and lunch times for students to interact with each other.&nbsp;<br>-Debrief sessions for students at the end of the school day to socially engage with each other. <br>-Online physical health classes. Physical activities directed by health teachers/physiotherapists. Information pamphlets provided to students about exercises they can do in the home (included in food care packages).&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
