https://padlet.com/SMCC/r3bueqtx3awa Hey, everyone, I've had a few complaints about the tidiness of the (SMCC) front desk and, I must say, I agree with what I've heard. I understand that it can get busy and keeping everything just right may not be priority, but we need to make more effort in keeping the front desk presentable and coordinated. So, here are a few things to keep in mind: Tidy up the entire desk area after every shift - this means putting papers away, throwing away garbage left in and around the front desk area, placing binders where they need to be; Please stop placing binders on top of the safe. I get that that's been the way things have been kept for a while, but I'm putting an end to that. Out of sight, out of mind is why the transfer fund ledger and cash over/short log are frequently forgotten; The front desk area can be germ central, so please clean the area with spray and clean paper towels (from the restrooms). Wipe down the desk, phone and keyboard in a safe manner that won't cause damage to them.
