Allow non-CLT and SLT staff to take the role of coach (opt in). This could be particularly useful if they have a subject specialism another colleague would benefit from - JDR

Self reflection prioritised - coachee often knows whether a change was successful, regardless of presence of coach in lesson. Rob

Flexibility - our informal conversations have been more impactful than our scheduled ones. They have happened when there's an issue to discuss rather than to a schedule.

Finding an exact session or period and day to have the coaching sessions to take place so that they are timetabled in. This way it can’t be forgotten and can keep up to date with the coaching sessions.

have a proforma to fill in for the coaching conversations that take place with successes & next steps so that it’s easily accessible for coachee and coach, think staff are doing this individually at the moment but this may create inconsistencies
