We will begin to build and create snake, the simple 2D browser game. I plan to learn how to create user interface for the game, with my other teammates working on the back-end aspect of it. Anthony (partner) will also be working with me on the UI portion of it.

We learned lots of things this week and it was probably my most progressing week as far as learning python goes. I learned about functions from Mr. John and Valerie to where I was pretty successful in retaining the majority of the information. We also learned about loops, iterations, and why Mr. John
advises us not to us if statements for loops. We also worked on the project and made very good progress. Here are the links for the different repl.its.

links: https://repl.it/@ValerieMiliteev/SnakeProj#game.py
https://repl.it/@ValerieMiliteev/BangPractice#main.py
https://repl.it/@anthonywilsonn/AnthonyWilson

Towards the end of the week I was informed about functions, and Valerie assigned multiple helpful assignments throughout the week. Completing assignments after learning proved extremely helpful to retaining information throughout the day. Anthony linked repl.its for some examples of work completed.

I believe I deserve a 38/40 as I incorporated a lot of the things we've learned so far in this course into the padlet while also making it easy to access the different lessons and fundamentals we've learned for myself or the reader. Additionally, I organized the pallet well but I also could've worked on phrasing some of the sentences better to make sure it's not so much diary-like. On another note., I paid a lot of attention in class to Valerie's lessons and implementing the things I learned into my journal.

Additionally, we also learned how to install intellijay this week. Ryan Shay and I also worked on the project scope for the project. I'm excited to start this next project !

Our website will be a simple designed one, with a navigation bar leading to each period. The basis is information stored for each period, and our website will make accessing each periods/groups information accessible. We utilized Jinja to create templates, as well as blocks, to make our code more efficient overall, and make it easier to navigate and understand. We learned about parent and child templates, in which the child templates inherit the properties of the parent templates (base.html) https://github.com/valeriemiliteeva/Bang2.0DB
