Zâtî sıfatlar sadece Allah’ın zâtına has olan ve başka varlıklarda bulunmayan sıfatlardır. 

Sübûtî sıfatlar ise Allah’ın mutlak olarak, diğer varlıkların da sınırlı olarak sahip olduğu sıfatlardır.

Esmâ-i Hüsnâ, Kur’an-ı Kerim’de Allah’ın güzel isimleri olduğu ifade edilmiş, Hz. Peygamber’in bazı hadislerinde de Allah’ın isimlerinin 99 olduğu belirtilmiştir.  

• Zâtî Sıfatlar 1
• Vücud: Allah’ın var olmasıdır. Allah vardır ve O’nun yokluğu düşünülemez.
• Kıdem: Ezelî olmak, başlangıcı bulunmamaktır.
• Beka: Varlığının sonu olmamak, ebedî olmaktır.
• Vahdaniyet: Allah’ın bir olmasıdır. Allah tektir. Eşi, benzeri, ortağı yoktur.
• Muhâlefetün li’l-Havâdis: Sonradan yaratılmışlara benzememektir. 
• Kıyâm bi Nefsihî.: Allah’ın varlığının kendinden olup hiçbir yönden başkasına muhtaç bulunmadığı anlamında kelâm terimi.

• Sübûtî Sıfatlar 2
• Hayat: Diri ve canlı olmaktır. Allah diridir. Tüm varlıkların hayat kaynağı O’dur.
• İlim: Allah’ın her şeyi bilmesidir.
• Semi: Allah’ın her şeyi işitmesidir.
• Basar: Allah’ın her şeyi görmesidir.
• İrade: Allah’ın dilemesidir. Bir şeyin var olmasını dilerse var eder.
• Kudret: Allah’ın sınırsız güç sahibi olmasıdır.
• Kelâm: Allah’ın konuşmasıdır.   
• Tekvin: Yaratmak anlamına gelir. Allah kudret ve tekvin sıfatıyla dilediğini yoktan yaratır.

• Esmâ-i Hüsnâ 3
• Hadi: Hayırlara sevk eden. 
• Samet: Kimseye muhtaç olmayan. 
• En-Nafi: Faydalı şeyleri yaratan. 
• Karib: Kullarına çok yakın olan. 
• Zahir: Varlığı aşikâr olan, kesin delillerle bilinebilen. 
• El-Bais: Öldüren ve dirilten. 
• Müntakim: Ceza verirken adil olan. 
• El-Kaviyy: Her şeye gücü yeten. 
• Rauf: Şefkat ve merhamet gösteren.  
• El Mucib: Duaları kabul eden. 
• El Settar: Ayıpları ve kusurları örten.  
• El Mütekebbir: Büyüklükte eşi ve benzeri bulunmayan. 
• Rezzak: Rızık veren.
