Prepare

Recipe mango  ice cream  with chantilly cream.

For six servings 

The ingredients are:

-          A little chantilly cream (1 can)

-          A little sugar (4 teaspoons)

-          A few strawberries (1 cup)

-          A few mint leaves 

-          A little wáter (2 cups)

-          A little chopped mango (1 cup)

1.         Firstly, in a pot pour, water with sugar and the mango in cubes 

2.         Next, let it boil for ten minutes 

3.         Then, blend let cool for ten minutes and transfer to a cup 

4.         After that, add the chantilly cream to the cup with the mango pulp and mix.

5.         Finally ,take to the freezer ,for two hours .
