         <description><![CDATA[<div>I am most like Source 4 (Social Ability). I have multiple people in athletics, specifically volleyball, who are very knowledgeable about the game, have great networking skills, know the new teachings, and high connections to well-known individuals in the volleyball coaching world. I have all of this at my fingertips, and most of them are my close friends, so I shouldn't take that for granted. Rather I should continually be asking questions, making connections and develop professionally.</div>]]></description>

Why are there so few influencers in the world?<br><br>I believe this is because so many are misguided in what brings about change and how to be the one to influence the change. It is so easy for us to fall into typical motivating elements like rewards and punishments, and difficult to learn and implement what it really means to lead and influence others, in order to achieve the results we want.<br><br></div>]]></description>
