This is a photo of me (wearing the pink dress), my younger sister, and my dad. I was 2 years old when this photo was taken. This was taken just a few months after my mother had passed away. When I look at this photo, it reminds me how far we’ve come together, a single father raising two girls. We had a lot of fun growing up; he always made sure we had everything. My dad influenced the values, respect and confidence that I have today.
