         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Not every people who smoke is addicted to it, because not everyone is consuming periodically</p></li><li><p>The impact of passive smokers is worse than active smokers, bacause the smoke that enter to passive smokers has already been contaminated by active smokers and containing carbon monoxide that will cause disfunction of passive smoker's lungs </p></li><li><p>Consuming things like cigar and vape is bad for your body, because  it contains chemical material such as nicotine, tar, etc.</p></li><li><p>Addicted to cigar and vape will make you wasteful, because you will keep buying that things periodically</p></li><li><p>Cigar is more dangerous than vape, because a higher level of cancer-causing substances is made during the fermentation process for cigar. One of them are nitrosamines. These compounds are released when a cigar is smoked.</p></li><li><p>Vape is better from cigar because it tastes good.</p></li></ul>]]></description>
