There should be yearly refresher trainings where those wishing to maintain their credential get further training and opportunities to give feedback and ask questions.

The first several sessions that are done using the new way of work could have a survey specific to the use of the new agenda etc.

Course idea: Hold workshops around the tenets and adult learning theory for people to bring PD they are writing or want to step up.

We could take the tenets and break them out into sessions (or group them for fewer sessions) and within those sessions have space for practice with feedback. This would take it beyond the book study but still be contained.

I feel that videoing one self offering a PD and reviewing it alone or with a person is reasonable.

Monitoring

PD courses have owners - being an owner should come with the responsibility of ensuring quality PD, that person or department should be reviewing the participant feedback and be part of the facilitators continued credentialing.

Maybe provide opportunities for continued growth as new ideas and ways to train/meet with adult learner's changes and evolves over time.

I would recommend having a 20 hour requirement which includes PD, and project submission. Part of the micro-credential process can include the person facilitating a section of the training to a committee.

In addition to the foundational courses offered, additional courses can be more specific around each topic where participants dive further into additional resources. Also, embedding a course of leveraging Canva and other tools.
