Chiraphot<strong><br><br>Abstract: <br></strong>This research aimed to study the characteristics of educational personnel in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 2 and develop a model for their development based on the five precepts. A mixed methods approach was used, involving documentary research, quantitative research, and qualitative research. The findings revealed that the characteristics of educational personnel were at a high level across four aspects. The developed model consisted of four activities: addressing current challenges in the 21st century, focusing on systematic course planning and information in the Thailand 4.0 era, transitioning from traditional to modern teaching and learning methods in the changing era, and developing learning potential integrated with the Five Precepts. The activities aimed to enhance educational personnel's competence according to professional standards. Overall, this research contributes to understanding and promoting the development of educational personnel in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 2 based on the principles of the five precepts.<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

Phramaha Hai Dhammamedhi MCU Nakhon Sawan Campus<br><br><strong>Title: <br><br>Abstract: <br></strong>This study aims to propose a model of conflict management in personnel administration based on Buddhism in schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area, Bangkok.<br><br></div><div>This is a mixed-method research scrutiny of the conflict management condition in educational institutions' personnel administration. A questionnaire was used to collect 210 secondary school administrators. The data were statistically analyzed including descriptive statistics. A model was also developed by interviewing 10 key informants with a semi-structured interview, and finally proposing a model using a focus group discussion with 8 experts, and the data were analyzed by content analysis.<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;Results revealed that a model of conflict management in personnel administration based on Buddhism in schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area, Bangkok are:1) principles, 2) objectives, 3) operation system, and 4) administrative process which were (1) personnel administration of conflict management in 5 areas: manpower planning, nomination, and appointment, performance enhancement, discipline and discipline preservation, resignation from government service, (2) Conflict management in personnel administration based on Buddhist principles based on Four Noble Truths which is suitable for conflicts in personnel administration in educational institutions including (1) Dukkha, problem determination, (2) Samudaya, analysis of the root cause of the problem (3) Nirodha, setting goals, (4) Magga, determining the solution to the problem.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong><br><br><br><br><br></strong><br></div>]]></description>
