I still remember that you were the one who sent me to the field team then late collections team when I was having the time of my life in early.🤣😅. It was a nerve whacking experiance!!! When you told me do you know what these numbers mean? (90 3M). I did not know but it really push me to learn how it works and how it's controlled. Those events molded me to be always prepared and ready. I was on my feet all the time. I guess it was a training for me. To make me a well rounded manager. Data, observation, common sense logic is the key. So to speak.
