My self-belonging is mainly to take care of my mental and physical health. For that I always prefer to be calm and I keep my surroundings non-toxic and fresh which gives me energy. I'm an enthusiastic learner.

How do we support its growth in our learners?
Well, our health effects on our learners. So if we stay in sound health in both mentally and physically, so we can provide them fresh environment. That will make them curious to learn.
