         <description><![CDATA[<p>The South continues to nullify laws according to their own opinions.  Starting with South Carolina, who will not obey tariffs.  This is unconstitutional.  The U.S. Government needs to be able to enforce laws and disregarding these laws and nullifying them will tear the country </p>]]></description>
