If anything it helped him be the person he was today. Despite all the early training his parents put him through and the expectations that came with it. He was supposed to be like them. It was supposed to be a family legacy, serving his country.

But after moving back home and completing his military service. He didn’t exactly want to be a part of it. After all, he had no heart in it. But he knew he still wanted to serve his country, just not in that way.

So he became a PI. He needed to make money somehow and helping civilians was one way to do that. But he made sure that he only taxed the rich bastards who came to him asking for evidence of cheating. His reason being, his time was too precious to spend chasing women who were probably doing the right thing.

Such cases always ended up in him having to use his fists for one reason or another. Especially when dealing with drunk adults who could not handle their liquor but wanted to get in qualms.

Eventually, he stopped taking those classes.

His interest lied in cases that involved the police. And eventually, through that. He found Horizon. And at first, he didn’t understand it. He looked at them as if they were the police, perhaps a different unit. But still very much under government supervision and thumb.

But he quickly learned that he could achieve what he wanted through Horizon. Using his skills to help people who can’t help themselves and uphold the balance of justice.
