         <description><![CDATA[<div>I found this resource several years ago. I particularly like the Loving Kindness Meditation--helpful for dealing with our troubled feelings about other people (I used it a lot after the 2016 election!) I also like that it is audio only, becuase sometimes the computer screen is a distraction.<br>Useful for any class engaged in "difficult discussions about difference."<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>While not necessarily mindfulness, the growth mindset orientation can help to decrease anxiety about difficult tasks. The mantra of "not yet" can help students remember that learning is a process, struggle is valuable, and that they can learn to do difficult things. Students can reflect on their learning process, or check in with their inner voice for fixed minset thinking. </div>]]></description>
