Refusal of the Call

Luke's refusal to the call was when he said that Ben could take the droids to the spaceport on his own but he couldn't possibly leave his Aunt and Uncle behind. He felt that he already had too much to do and he couldn't give it up for some " Space Adventure". Luke eventually changes his mind when he finds that his family has been killed by the Empire.

Meeting the Mentor

Luke meets Master Yoda who teaches everything that Luke needs to know about the Force and how to use it responsibly.

Crossing the Threshold

Luke eventually decides to help Obi Wan find princess Leia and needs to find a way off of Tatooine. He eventually finds Han Solo and Chewbacca who help them off of Tatooine and into the vast Galaxy to start there " Space Adventure".

Luke's Allies were Obi-Wan Kenobi, Princess Leia, Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Yoda. His trials were to learn the ways of the Force, save princess Leia, and destroy the death star. Finally, his enemies were Darth Vader, The Empire, and the dark side of the Force.

Approach to the Inmost Cave

The Supreme Ordeal
