         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><strong>Change the student schedule </strong>to allow for consistent PLC time, staff training, intervention and WIN support, planning/grading and in our case, getting a new curriculum up and running.<br>&nbsp;<ul><li><strong>Option 1:</strong>&nbsp; This could looks like last year (M, T, Th, F on campus and Wednesday at home with dedicated time for intervention and WIN and dedicated BIG blocks of time for PLCs, district/curriculum training, and to effectively plan from a location (home) that has reliable access to internet.</li></ul></li><li>&nbsp;<ul><li><strong>Option 2:</strong>&nbsp; M-F students are on campus for part of a day, but early dismiss (maybe by 12:30 or 1 with a grab and go lunch). Too many pros/cons to discuss on here.&nbsp; We can chat more.</li></ul></li><li>&nbsp;<ul><li><strong>Option 3</strong>:&nbsp; Schedule in monthly early release days (students go home early, teachers stay) where this type of work can be done (for all departments).</li></ul></li><li>&nbsp;</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
