Description: This piece was pretty difficult to do as I kept getting some measurements wrong or the shading wasn't right. In the picture we can see the tones and different shades. The work looks well planned out and uses the space well. The dark lines that were used to outline the books work well but the light lines that were used to show the pages are not very visible. The background shows a smooth texture as there was no rough shading. The piece appears to be 3D due to the shadows and cube-like structures and shapes. There were lots of areas where I could improve the piece such as using more tones (even darker background) and better shading. But overall, I think in the end I was happy with my work as it looks complete and nice.

Description: For this drawing I started with the background and then I got two books from my bookshelf and I tried to draw the correct proportions, I didn't have any problems with drawing the books but the hardest part was the bowl. I outlined every thing with a darker pencil. The shading wasn't a big problem but I think I could do better. I didn't do a lot of detail with the book titles but I think it turned out good. I had a lot of fun drawing this piece and I think it was a good learning experience.

Description: This is my drawing using 2-point perspective. For this assignment, I used pencil and I shaded. I found the sketching a bit hard but once i started shading, things got a bit easier. I used a reference from books at home. I use darker, messier lines to outline the books and lighter lines for the pages of the books. I could improve my work by going darker on certain shadows, but im happy with my work overall.

Description: This is my drawing of books using two point perspective. For this drawing I used two of my textbook . I had a few problems when drawing the book that is on the top because I was not able to make it look like it was on top of the other. I didn't face any other problems. I enjoyed learning how to use two point perspective. This was a fun learning experience.

Description: Our assignment was to draw books on top of each other, in two point perspective. I found this assignment very interesting as it challenged me to have to do dimensions and proportions appropriately. I throughly enjoyed this assignments, especially the shading and telling where the list was coming from. I had challenges with drawing the books individually but I overcame that by practising.

Description: This is my 2 point perspective drawing of books. It was quite difficult and challenging as I kept getting the angles wrong. In the drawing, you can see two books on one another, the top one is much smaller so that made it a bit easier for me. There is a light and smooth shading around the objects. When drawing this, it felt like drawing 3D cubes because of the structure of the objects, I think I could improve the shading as it seems a bit too light. The background I chose is a plain one with a smooth surface. I think I could improve a lot in certain areas like shading, the background and the tones too.

Description: This is my 2 point perspective drawing on books. the difficulties I faced on this piece was getting them symmetrical and not floating as well as making them looks like 2 books stacked up I also had difficulties with shading trying to make sure I didn't make some of the part to dark and getting the light angles right .I chose to use two different sized books so you can really see the difference in stack and size as well as have a bigger space for shading on the first book. I definitely could improve on the background details as well as the edges of the books. overall I really enjoyed this assignment and the trial and errors of getting it to an okay standard.

In my drawing, I used a technique that allows you to draw a two-point perspective without a horizontal line or vanishing point. This technique is very effective and simple. I drew 2 stacked books. The medium I used was shading. Shading was difficult for me as it was really hard to blend since I used a normal pencil. However, it did get easier overtime. Another thing I struggled with were highlights. I could improve on my shading and make it smoother. Either way, I am happy with the outcome of my Art work.
