First, you have to be able to answer to the "tell me about you/ your project" question very confidently and in a very clear and simple way.
Next, you need to make sure that you don´t "waste" the interviewers time by telling little details no one cares about.
Also it is very important that you show availability to answer doubts and motivation to face the difficulties that may appear.

In addition, it is important to take constructive criticism and try to sort out any doubts with your conversation partner. Candidates must possess a variety of hard and soft skills as welll as formal education and a certain training, which you should demonstrate during this meeting. We have found some tips that can be helpful for your project management interview: emphasize your knowledge and experience, good communication skills, outline your organization skills, focusing on efficiency and reaching your goals effecitvely, and many other that could be really helpful in this situation. Many concepts have captured our attention such as the different types of interviews behaviours or the many other aspects of our own selves that can make an impact on your interview as a whole, such as the way you are dressed or your physical appareance.

First and foremost, you must be able to confidently, simply, and clearly respond to the inquiry, "Tell me about you/your idea."
Additionally, it is crucial that you demonstrate your willingness to respond to questions and your resolve to overcome any challenges that could arise.

Make sure you show the interviewer your passion, energy and frequency. Convince with your own examples of your previous work (plans, template, quality of your work), the specificity shows credibility. Dress appropriately for the environment. Participate in the interview, showing interest in your future company/project. Show yourself as you are, with your enthusiasm and your strengths, and don't let yourself be pushed into another role. 
At the point of self-introduction, there are also some points that you should consider: You should focus on skills and qualities, as well as experiences that are relevant to the job. In addition, significant achievements of your previous (working) life are important. You should also mention what can be expected of you.

Which concepts have attracted us?

The point about experience: There are two possible starting positions: either you have experience that your potential new job requires, or you do not. But even if you have experience, every job and every project is different, so you will always learn new things and gain new experience. You can always evolve, regardless of age and experience level, you probably need to.
The point about strengths and weaknesses: in the example, one possible weakness is mentioned: "I don't ask for help enough because I'm convinced of my own strengths." Even if he actually lists a weakness, basically he redirects to the fact that he has a lot of experience and knowledge. Thus, he is not really naming a weakness. The whole concept that something like this is expected in job interviews is misleading. Who can best formulate their strengths into weaknesses as subliminally as possible. Why not just be honest and say that you still need to improve here or there and would like to work on this together with the new team.

Walking into an interview fully prepared is more than just knowing what’s on your resume. You need to set yourself apart in other ways, too. Plan your schedule to arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can be sure to arrive on time. Practice confident, accessible body language from the moment you enter the building. The first impression is always very important for the interviewer, so make sure that you have prepared an impressive and excellent introduction about yourself and your past experiences which are relevant for the hiring position. Also, do not forget to reread the job description. Think about examples from your past and current work that align with these requirements. Interact with the interviewer because Interviews are a two-way street. Employers expect you to ask questions: they want to know that you’re thinking seriously about what it would be like to work there. Overall, try to appear as confident and positive as possible and win the other side over to you.

How to introduce yourself by Richard McMunn. It is a brief description of interview questions and answers. He explains how to behave on the day of the interview and he points out that it is also very significant to dress professinally on the day of the interview. Also, he points out that you should always have a good posture, that you smile and that you demonstrate good manners. It quickly becomes clear that there is much more to it than just listing the successes in life so far.
