It monthly posts every 4 days per week [based on the last week] with the goal/intent to promote (current) best-selling books for readers, writers, and publishers to socialise over online and to enjoy the published pieces.

The content it posts to promote varies from feminist literature, self-discovery [from the lived perspectives of Indigenous Canadians, Black Canadians, etc.], to romance, fantasy, thriller, and horror.

PRHC's purpose on its Instagram account is to promote new authors, create a sense of community between readers, writers/authors, and/or publishers, and promote books being sold based on promoted recommendations for new books to readers who enjoy reading for pleasure and bonding with fellow readers in their respective fandoms and reading communities; also to recommend books for writers to learn from and share with other writers.

PRHC is strategic in ensuring that their target audiences [which vary based on various factors (age, race, ethnicity, gender, education level, economic class, sexuality, (dis)ability, neurotype, etc.] are able to read their posts by using readable fonts (for most of the time, as sometimes reading communities go to posts made by publishing houses and the fonts are unreadable, leaving target audiences frustrated, confused, stressed, angry, along with a wide range of emotions varying from person to person), and colour palettes that don't stress their eyes out nor frustrate users who are screen-readers [although I suggest, personally, for publishing houses to utilise image descriptors for screen-readers, as it will help them understand what's going on in images and/or videos posted].
