Hello, my name is Yhony Rolando Uruche Mamani. I usually go to the supermarket to buy groceries for the week. I often buy vegetables like spinach, broccoli, peas, green beans, celery, carrots, tomatoes, and onions. I also get rice, chicken, eggs, and sausages.

But today I’m looking for extra items because it’s my sister’s birthday, and I’m making her favorite dessert: **BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE**. I need vanilla cookies, blueberries, plums, white sugar, butter, eggs, heavy cream, Nestlé milk, and a baking pan. The dessert is prepared in the freezer or refrigerator, and it pairs perfectly with coffee or a hot drink. I recommend hot chocolate or chamomile tea!

Hello, I’m Yhony Rolando Uruche Mamani, and today I want to share a story that changed my life forever. Though it was a challenging journey, every step taught me to grow and appreciate the opportunities that arise after pain."*

*"In September 2023, after a heartbreak that turned my world upside down in Ilave, my family gave me a way out: moving to Arica. I’d spent my entire adolescence in that town, but that September, everything shifted. For four months, I worked, helped my sister every evening, and found peace. By January 2024, I returned with a new mindset, and by February, I’d already transferred from SENATI Puno to Tacna. That chapter didn’t just heal me—it taught me to see challenges as stepping stones."*

*"This journey taught me a powerful lesson: changes, even painful ones, can lead to brighter beginnings. Looking back now, I’m grateful for every step and every person who stood by me. Thank you for listening to my story!"*
