As seen in my chart I typically spend around 10 hours a day on my phone using social media. From this I learned that I should spend less time on my phone using social media because it is taking up my whole day.

IG: 4 hours

TT: 3 hours

SC: 2 hours

BB: 1 hour

I was not really surprised with any of this. But it is a lot, I am almost spending a whole day on Instagram. That is not good. I use snapchat the least because I only use it to text people and sometimes call. I was on a plane this week and listened to apple music so that makes sense on the 10 hours.
