The story begins in 1991 when a woman named Mereanda donated this doll to the Quesnel Museum in British Columbia, Canada. She said that, one night, she was awakened by a strange cry in the basement.

When she went down to check, she discovered that the window was open, an old doll sitting on it watching her operate. Too scared, the next morning, she gave the doll to the Museum and people named it Mandy. Mandy is a doll made in England or Germany in 1910 or 1920. Now, clothes Its wrinkled, old, face many cracks. When put into the museum, many people thought that Mandy was just an ordinary doll, but soon, strange things began to appear.

The first is the fact that museum staff cannot find their lunches even though they have stored them in the cupboard. They searched everywhere but found them in a small drawer.

More strangely, many other employee's items also "fly without wings". Every night, the museum's custodians say they hear footsteps walking around the room, but they can't find anyone. From the existing suspicions, people begin to investigate the origin of the Mandy doll. However, no one knows where Mandy came from and how he was born. Just know that this doll seems to have an incredible power, accumulated over many years.

At first, Mandy was placed right at the entrance. The cracks on the face plus the smile and the mysterious look made many people feel scared. Later, Mandy was moved to a separate room.

However, for some reason, many people came to film and take pictures of Mandy, but all were covered by a strange light, and then after about 5 seconds all the cameras automatically turned off. When going to other rooms in the museum, this machine works normally.

Some visitors recount that, when visiting the museum, they feel like there is an eye that is always watching. Occasionally, people still see Mandy's eyes blinking at them, many people see the doll move to another position and then in a blink of an eye it returns to its original position.
